In order to turn the VPN on or off, you should click the VPN icon on the top right corner of any screen, just at the side of the lens.
The first time you turn it on in Android you will be prompted to accept the connection request. Click OK and it will be turned on.
The first time in iOS it will ask to add a new VPN configuration. Just accept the settings without modifying anything, and the VPN will turn on.
The app won't ask again and will turn on or off the VPN directly, just in case you reinstall you will have to do this again.
To turn off the VPN just click on the VPN icon that will be in light green color instead of light gray, and you will be prompted to confirm the disconnection.
